Our damsel Rachel Adams is nude and seated on a chair with ankles tied to the legs while her elbows are tied touching behind her back. A knotted crotchrope makes things more interesting and she's gagged with a handkerchief and blindfolded. She winces in pain as clothespins are clipped to her nipples. She thinks she's in for a little relief when her blindfold is removed, but almost immediately the guy comes out of no where with a hockey mask and puts it on her while still gagged.
