I decided to make a monthly weigh-in and measurements series to keep track of my fluctuating (but definitely trending upwards) weight. I'm not actively trying to gain or lose at this point, but I know the pounds have been sneaking up on me regardless. In this clip, the very first of the series, I'll talk a bit about my eating and activity habits before taking of my clothes and weighing myself on an old-fashioned mechanical scale.
