Pinup beauty Nicole Novak is tied up and laying at the bottom of a bathtub. She wakes up and finds herself trapped. In walks the villain and she wonders why she is in this situation - finding out she will be buried in sand! The villain starts pouring in the sand, buring her legs first, then her chest. Nicole pleads and begs for mercy, but none is forthcoming. Move of her is buried - and she continues pleading, saying she'll do anything if set free. Alas, the villain finishes the job, burying her completely, except for her feet, which are protruding from the sand at the end, twitching.
