The facia blaster is a great tool for breaking up bound facia. Bound facia creates cellulite, and this tool is excellent at breaking that up! I use it in the shower in this clip and describe the whole process to you. I was just at the gym doing a cycling class. I use the shower for a heat source, and body wash oil to let the blaster slide over my body.
