Officer Rachel escorts a male prisoner into intake cuffed behind the back. Another prisoner, Adara, is already waiting in transport chains. Rachel sits the male down and a few minutes later she comes back to search him. After the search she comes back with another set of transport chains and puts them on him. Next she takes both of them to a holding cell where they wait until it is time for court.
