Here is a HOT foot-torment custom project (with a sequel currently being filmed as well!) featuring Tilly McReese as a sexy CHP Officer on the lookout for a known fetish criminal preying on beautiful ladies, capturing and tormenting their nylon feet. She's setup a roadblock to inspect passing cars, unsuspecting that she's accidentally stumbled upon the criminal. We open with Tilly knocking on the man's window (he's played silently in this movie, mostly POV-style).
