The scene accurately starts off camera! You forgot it was running and you are in the bathroom having a sneezing and hocking up fit. We don't see that we just hear it for the first minute or so. Spit in the toilet and we hear the loogies splashing. When done you flush the toilet...When you come back out you notice the camera was running.
