Mistress has her slave on the ground facing up. Mistress stands over the slave and begins stomping on the slaves face with her high heel shoes. The heel of her shoes penetrates the slaves face and head and the shoe gets stuck in the slaves (mannequin) head. Mistress removes her socked foot from the shoe and reaches down and pulls the heel of her shoe out of the slaves face. Mistress also repeatedly kicks the slave in the face.
