I use a hand mirror to look into while I scrape my tongue. The white stuff starts coming off, and makes me want to pick at my tongue. I pull out a dental pick and pick at my taste buds a little bit, noticing that some are quite larger than the rest. I use my pick to try to pick them off while using the hook to scrape anything else I see. I put the pick down to scrape my tongue with the tongue scraper again before sticking my tongue out to get a good look at it from top to bottom, exposing my tongue veins.
