Frankie ties penny up on the bed with handcuffs and leg cuffs and brings over a hair brush, Penny can see what’s about to happen and is dreading it. Frankie then kneels down and starts to taunt penny about tickling her. Then Frankie starts making delicate soft tickling movements on the soles of penny’s feet, Penny hates this, she’s desperately trying to wriggle away from Frankie.
