In this clip, Aaliyah still does not understanding that our type of training is automatic. She is told that every time she hears the cymbal that she will remove an article of clothing. Sure enough... without her even realizing it there goes her shirt on the first ring. And when I ask her if it's getting warm in the room, she is confused as to why I would ask her that until she looks onto the couch next to her and there lays her shirt! Let's just say she is more than surprised and just doesn't know how that got there!
