Lisa comes over to Doc tickers home office, in other words to his garage. She is willingly gets tied up in a garage. Doc Ticker uses some leashes he just bought from the tractor supply store. He tickles her over 10 minutes. She is tickled into laughter, so bad she cannot go no where, she is all tied up!
