Caroline Pierce is an evil voodoo witch who likes to make innocent people her voodoo doll. She has made a new doll that focuses on Wonder Tomi (Tomiko). Wonder Tomi walks in with the intention of taking this evil witch into the authorities. She doesn't realize that she is the next victim to voodoo until Caroline starts to manipulate the doll.
