Paula and Nox meet up with Darrius at the Hit the Mat ring to do some core training together. Darrius starts out with Paula in the corner and gives her a good tenderizing. Nox is a bit harder to crack not even flinching when initially taking the gut punches from Darrius's wrapped knuckles. Darrius moves the two against to ropes side by side and give them a series of good ab punches alternating between the two. After a bit of good ab punishment Paula and Nox get their turn on Darrius's stomach. They throw punch after punch and include a few knees for good measure. They get his belly nice and pink before he has them move to the ground to practice some ground and pound.
