Dakotarose takes on Zak in this delightful 6 minute video, which showcases Dakotarose's fighting skills. The video starts with Dakotarose performing a solo warm-up kicking routine to the camera, but after about 2 minutes, she is joined by Zak who just happens to be passing by the London Submission Rooms. Annoyed at having her routine interrupted, Dakotarose decides to turn her attention to Zak and punishes him for the intrusion by \"roughing him up\" a bit.

What follows is a barrage of kicks, combined with repeated Tomoe Nage throws. Initially, Zak is able to get back onto his feet, but Dakotarose just keeps on taking him down to the mats. And as the throws continue, Zak gradually weakens until, at the end, he is unable to get to his feet and Dakotarose takes the opportunity to perform a victory pose while standing over her victim.

To close out the video, Dakotarose performs a final few kicks to the camera.

Blaze performs a wonderful solo kicking routine for the camera, before taking on Zak in this short, 6 minute Mixed-Fighting video. With years of training as a professional dancer behind her, Blaze is super-bendy. But there is more to Blaze than flexibility. She is also an experienced session wrestler and has received training in kickboxing and Tae-kwon-do. This is not good news for Zak.

The video starts with a two-minute solo kicking and stretching routine from Blaze, but then there is a knock at the door and it's Zak telling Blaze to keep the noise down (oh dear - will they never learn).

Blaze stops her solo routine and decides to teach Zak a lesson for his cheek. Blaze is bigger and stronger than Zak and she throws Zak around the room a bit using one of her favourite moves - the Tomoe Nage. This involves Blaze grabbing Zak's wrists, before falling onto her back, placing her foot in Zak's stomach and then letting the natural momentum of the throw carry Zak over the top of her head and onto his back.

The repeated Tomoe Nages quickly weaken and wind Zak and, it's not long before Zak lies defeated on the mats with Blaze standing over him performing the now regulation victory pose.

But there is more, and after the end of the mixed-fight, Blaze performs a short Point Of View kicking routine. For the last minute, try to imagine you are standing where the camera is and that the kicks are aimed at you.

This is the part 2 of 3 from a short series of Tomoe Nage videos and features black-belt Karate expert Sativa against Dave. As in F288-Tomoe-Nage-Lesson, Dave attempts to get a bit too personal with his sparring partner and is \"rewarded\" with a swift take down. Sativa then decides to use Dave for some Tomoe Nage practice, first pushing him roughly against the wall of the London Submission Room studio before dropping down and placing her foot in Dave's groin to lift him up and over her and onto his back in this famous judo throw. But this is a practice session and she does it again and again... and again. Each time Dave is winded that little bit more until she takes pity on him and uses him for some leg lift practice. Finally she reverts to her specialist subject, Karate and performs a series of karate kicks to the camera (and to Dave) before the final victory pose with Dave lying exhausted on the mats.

Inferno enters the Submission Room wrestling studio followed closely by Dave. Inferno holds a black-belt in Tai Kwon Do, and is an experienced wrestler, but despite this Dave fancies his chances and grabs Inferno from behind attempting to kiss her on the neck. However Inferno is way too fast for him and responds by using a hip throw to put Dave on his back on the mats. Fired up now, Inferno taunts him to attack her. Dave takes up the challenge, which was probably not his best move as Inferno now grabs him and throws him against the wall. Inferno decides that now is the time to practice her Tomoe Nage skills and to teach Dave a lesson. Inferno uses the classic judo throw to drop Dave to the floor. After each throw Dave struggles back to his feet only for Inferno to repeat the move. Dave gets more and more winded and dazed but he perseveres. Eventually Inferno gets bored and lies on her back taunting Dave to come at him again. This time she lifts him into the air with her legs, suspending him above her and squatting him for a few reps before throwing him off. She rounds off the match with a few victory poses and some kicks to the camera.
