Did you know that VeVe really loves Lift & Carry? She really does! Not only does she like lifting and carrying people, but she also has thought about Lift & Carry a good bit, and she has a lot to say about it.

In this video, VeVe gives newcomer Katarina a Lift & Carry Lesson! VeVe's lesson is complete with demonstrations, practice time for her pupil, and discussions of the various lifts. As she goes through her syllabus, VeVe performs all of her lifts on Katarina, so that Katarina can feel what they're like. VeVe also performs some lifts on Diablo, so Katarina can see them done. Katarina performs most of the lifts on VeVe, and some on Diablo. (weights: VeVe is 125 lbs. Katarina 170 lbs. Diablo 160 lbs).

This lesson is candid and real, with Katarina learning and trying these lifts in the moment, for the very first time. Some lifts involve a little carrying around the room. VeVe also comments on the various lifts, giving her thoughts and opinions, before lifting and also during the lifting.
