OPENING SCENE --ARE YOU SERIOUS -- (2 minutes)
Karate Mistress is on her back ON THE OTTOMAN, she is pushing her belly out as far as she can and keeping it out like pregnant
ALANA SAYS “Really, are you pregnant”
Karate Mistress smiles as rubs her extended belly then starts to laugh under the plastic wrap.
ALANA SAYS “OH MY, are you in trouble”
ALANA immediately sit sideways on Karate Mistress belly feet of ground so all seated weight on Karate Mistress belly above her hip bones. Karate Mistress looks surprise and huffs blowing out air.
As ALANA stands up slowly you see Karate Mistress belly sucked in as far as she can like ALANA crushed all the air from Karate Mistress.
ALANA SAYS “ You can get thinner than that”
Karate Mistress sucks in belly the furthest you have ever seen it sucked in. ALANA sits on Karate Mistress sucked in belly above her hip bones for 15 seconds.
BREAK... ALANA off Karate Mistress... Karate Mistress catch breath

SCENE 2 -- I’M NOT YOUR CHAIR -- {4 minutes)
ALANA SAYS “You want more don’t you”
Karate Mistress nod her head yes and punch her belly twice as to say, bring it on.
ALANA says “Tighten your abs and hold your breathe”
ALANA straddles Karate Mistress’s belly sitting on her belly facing Karate Mistress’s face with ALANA’s legs next to Karate Mistress toward her head straight out
Alanna sit on her for 3 minutes while she hold her breath...
Karate Mistress IS ALLOWED TO TAKE A FEW BREATHES BUT THEY WILL BE 2 BREATHES IN AND OUT ONLY THEN HOLDING AGAIN
ALANA SAYS “ONLY TWO BREATHES”, “YOU CAN DO IT, PUSH, PUSH”

SCENE 4 -- TIME TO PUSH KM LUNGS AND GET DIAPHRAGM CONTRACTIONS AND STRUGGLES -- (5 minutes)
Karate Mistress remove plastic on mouth, she is on her back ACROSS OTTOMAN, HER HEAD TO BELLY ON OTTOMAN.... NO PLASTIC ON MOUTH
THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE STRUGGLE AND AND CONTRACTIONS AND RIBS AND BELLY SPASMS GREATLY WITH CONTRACTIONS AS SHE STRUGGLE
Karate Mistress is only allowed ONE 30 second break while holding breath for 5 minutes TOTAL... so she choose when to use it strategically (she will try to get between 2 to 2.5 minutes on first hold then use the 30 seconds then a few quick breathes for the remainder of the 5 minutes of holding (ONLY 2 breathes in and out) the rest of the time).

SCENE 5 -- I DID IT
Karate Mistress sucks in belly all the way and pushes it out IN AND OUT as she recovers. Famous smile and Karate Mistress says \"WOW I DID GOOD etc. \"
