In a solo tickler session, a tickle-crazed asylum worker binds Nathan Justice and works his feet over while he begs and yells to be let go. The gag keeps him unable to audibly request freedom and the restraints keep him in place, all the way down to his toes. Using oils and a tickle device, the man gives Nathan a good endurance test.
