Arielle Lane's step-sister, Nyxon, is home from college. Arielle walks into her bedroom to find Nyxon already there, seemingly looking for a book to read. Arielle sits on the bed, and asks Nyxon how her trip home has been so far. Nyxon tells Arielle about how much fun she had the other night drinking some type of magic potion that makes you feel wonderful.
