Dixie Comet is a personal trainer who has an incredibly lazy and entitled client, Arielle Lane. Dixie leads Arielle through a variety of simple stretches, but Arielle is bored and constantly complains. She asks Dixie if there are faster ways for her to get more flexible, and Dixie has just the thing in mind.

Dixie convinces Arielle that she can use rope to help increase her flexibility, and Arielle takes the bait. Once Dixie has Arielle's wrists and elbows tightly secured, she proceeds to teach Arielle a much needed lesson in patience and humility.
