Arielle Lane is a Sith apprentice, diligently practicing her moves and stretches as she waits for her Dark Master. She moves with grace and ease through a variety of positions, finishing with a meditative stance.

Suddenly, Arielle senses a disturbance. She opens her eyes and is not surprised to see the Jedi Padawan that has been stalking her, determined to restore peace to the galaxy by defeating her in combat. Arielle moves into a battle stance. However, Arielle is unprepared for the Padawan's preferred method of attack, a long-forgotten art known as the “Curly Maneuver". His technique leaves her stunned and unable to move, allowing him to complete the maneuver without resistance. Deprived of her awesome array of dark side magic, she rapidly succumbs to his powers, and falls into a deep rest. Her dark master will not be pleased that she was foiled by a mere apprentice.

The remainder of the video (last 9 minutes) features Arielle Lane lying down in a deep rest. Her lovely, defeated body is panned from various angles.
