Batman has tracked Hypnotica to her office hideout. She's already captured Ironman and made him her slave...something has to be done about this seductress! Batman is wearing some sort of new cowl..new technology to keep him from being mesmerized by this evil temptress. She laughs...so her powers are useless. What a shame because any mere mortal won't stand a chance. So Batman has nothing to fear. She tell him to sit back and relax...as she sits on the desk and shows off her long stockinged legs.
