Hi. Today I decided to slip on my black, satin court shoes and use them to crush a packet of biscuits. I used my heels to pierce the cardboard tube and then crushed the end with the ball of my foot. When I'd wrecked the tube I turned my attention to the biscuits. I emptied them onto the floor and then mashed them into crumbs. Ms Sula x
