Caroline is stuck in a chair with her hands tied behind the chair and her ankles tied together. She is an easy target for the tickle man to come and tease and her. She has intense loud screams and laughs every time he touches her. She gets spontaneously spun around in the chair for extra fun! Using his hands and even biting for tickling sensations, he makes Caroline extremely excited.
