Khloe Brooke came home from a special trip to the flea market. Her roommate Alaina was just chilling at home. Khloe discovered that her special hat made it impossible to tickle her but made anyone else super ticklish. She decides to test out the hat on her friend. She tickles her but when she tries to tickle back it didn't work. Finally Alaina gets the hat from Khloe and seeks some payback.
