Doing some different positions Jezebel Lee is using the slave's head and face the whole time not speaking at all. The slave is tied up in chains, so he can't move which makes him a perfect footrest.

Also a little note. As you've seen from the previous clips you won't be able to see the face of Jezebel as she wears a mask and most of the clip is focused mainly on her beautiful feet. Of course at the end of the clip she just left the dungeon, but she will be coming back later.
