The slave is placed under the chair this time, so when Lady Valeska comes back she would use his face and his hands as a bootrest. He is just an object for her, something that belongs under her dirty wellies. Completely ignoring him the entire clip she is just doing some stuff on her phone. As you can see, the Wellies of Lady Valeska are dirty, but she doesn't care. The slave's face is just the perfect bootrest for her.
