So basically this is what's happening during the clip, the walkover trampling is about 5 minutes and the rest 5 minutes Miss Patricia using the slave's face as a foot rest. Mostly his mouth to be honest. She's definitely have fun causing him pain, but that's why she's training him, right. To be resistant to the pain or maybe because The Mistress feels like it.
