Suddenly tell your friend to hold on a sec as you can't bear the bra any more... Take off your blouse, then your bra; breathe a huge sigh of relief as you do. Pick the phone up again, continue discussing how it feels with your friend. Explain it seems to happen to your right breast more; say it in a couple of ways. Finish up your chat with your friend.
Sit and try to relax; touch / caress / massage your breast; whimper a bit in certain spots. There's no one else in the room but you can occasionally mutter / complain to yourself. Hold your hand / both hands on / over / under the breast for comfort. Remember you have lotion - cradle your breast as you get up to get it and come back. Rub lotion in, and a bit into the left one too, then back to the sore one. Sit absent-mindedly for a few seconds. Say to yourself "all right, chores time...", move off screen Come back in comfortable sundress or similar (nothing else). Start doing the chore (you pick what... something requiring arm movement, e.g. ironing?). Continue grimacing and touching your breast, grow frustrated. Slip that side of the dress off and lightly hold your breast. Leave the dress like that and continue doing chore; say "ah, much better.
You've finished the chore and are sitting topless (perhaps with glass of water?). Call another friend and ask if you're still going for drinks tonight. Explain that you are just at home, and that your breast was sore earlier. It's now better, but you still don't know how you'll put clothes on, especially a tight dress. Respond to your friend "Yeah, I'm just sitting topless”. Joke that you should just go out like that - topless! Say something else silly on the topic :)
Finish up, tell her you'll be ready soon, move off screen. - Come back into frame 'ready to go out"; very short skirt (legs and feet bare). You're wearing a blazer (or similar), buttoned up, camisole underneath. Camisole only on your left shoulder (like the dress before). Check yourself out as if the camera is a mirror; run your hands over your body. Undo the top button (or two, depends on the fit). Turn side on and pull blazer out so you can see left breast in the camisole. Turn the other way, do the same to show your bare right breast to the “mirror”. Give an approving mischievous smile ;) Put on your shoes, grab keys/handbag and leave.
