I recently traveled to Europe and they have this side dish there called DUMPLINGS . In German, it reads Knoedeln . It is made from dough and it has a FLUFFY TEXTURE . Usually it is served with meat dishes and some sauce because on their own, the dumplings are pretty dry and tasteless. I tried it and it was okay to eat but I cannot say I am a fan. I had more fun CRUSHING the leftover dumplings instead of eating them.
