We took a trip to the gym with IFBB Pro Kristy Enos to see her in action. She walked us through some of her normal routine including full sets of abs, back, bis, tris, shoulders, chest and leg exercises. While she stuck with multi rep sets she did pull back the curtain and show off serious power on several of the exercises including 6 reps of 495 pounds on the leg press machine (that's 10 plates!).
