My buddy Mac and I bought this business. Problem was it was owned by my former sexatary Tatiana. We had a no compete clause so when she left me she opened a business that was similar but not quite the same. I could have sued her and maybe won but what would that get me? She was barely getting by and she was a terrific sexatary, she took care of all my needs and did a terrific job so I let it go. I won't say why but her business wasn't doing very well.
