I wake up having contractions and feel like this could be the day, but as I get ready I get a call from a man I went on a date with and he wants to see me again... tonight! Excited to see him I agree and convince myself I can hold it together but as the day goes my contractions get more painful. I try to get ready, to find the best outfit I can fit into, to text my friends about the date, but the pain is getting more intense and I start to realize these are true contractions.
