Much to the surprise of Michelle Peters, the Toe-Tying Bandit has freed himself from her bindings. He creeps up behind Michelle, and overpowers her. Despite her threats, she is quickly bound hand and foot and gagged. She is placed in a severe hogtie. Her hair is twisted and bound with rope and fastened to her feet. Twine is twisted around her toes, and then tied back to her elbows, making Michelle into an unhappy package of woe.
