When Michelle Peters sees Stella Rose dressed up for Saint Patrick's Day, she decides that the perfect way to Stella accessorize her sparkling green outfit is with some pretty strips of silver duct tape. After strapping Stella to a chair, Michelle adds a nice tape gag to bring out the color in her cheeks.
