Okay, we'll start with some toe dipping! Toe to the back, dipping and back. We are just warming up, so don't go too fast here. One more time. Five sets. 1, 2, 2, 3, 2.. (I really have to laugh) okay something went wrong with my counting there :P

No problem! Next move. Lifted side steps. Join in!

(there is definitely a wet stain between your aerobics teacher's legs..)

I guess we are all a little warm now (she is for sure)

On to some more difficult exercises. Double side steps lifted. You can use a staircase to do these. We change position.

(she turns around and you see huge stains at her back. Almost all the way down both legs, pee has soaked into her jeans)

Completely nonchalant wetting - does she even notice?

(she doesn't even pause for a second. It's like nothing at all is going on! She just continues with the aerobics)

Toes and down now! Just copy me. Let's go!

(every time she lifts, you see her pants light up. It's glistening from wetness. It's so obvious - is she aware of that? She must be!)

Now to the side and one foot up in the air. Starting left. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Okay, we change position. Same thing with the other foot.

(you can see her skin shine through. The pants are so soaked that they become almost transparent)

Wet noises

(the saturation is so extreme that pee is leaking down into the shoes and onto the table. You can hear a lot of wet noises)

Alright. Everybody is still keeping up, great! Let's do a little jogging on the spot. Just to stay warm

(oh she definitely stays warm by wetting herself so much)

Now we step backwards. Up here, down here, up here, down here and again.

(Her white jeans are more wet than dry now)

We take it up a notch. One side down, two sides.. my mistake. See? It's really hard.

We start over. Up, down, knees bent, up, down, knees bent. Faster now!

Oh I am getting all sweaty!

(she is so wet, she shouldn't care about sweating)

Now we bounce the legs to the sides

The wetting just doesn't stop

(You check your clock. Roughly halfway through class. Your favorite instructress is totally piss soaked but she doesn't seem to notice. This is like a dream come true. Her lips must be all wet and aromatic.)

You didn't even listen to everything anymore. Ever since you think you saw her panty shine through - or is there a panty?

All of a sudden, she stands before you: The lesson is over, see you net week!

Oh this was a sweaty one.

(she takes off her sneakers and reveals very wet, bare feet. She tries to step back into the sneakers, making a lot of wet noises and grinding her heels)
