Here is my relax area, my closet and we also have a real window which is nice. As you can see, I have my own workspace and also a dinner table. It's tiny but I was really happy here. You got everything.

It has it's downsides. The toilet is down the hall at the beginning of the building. So when I need to pee... well, I would advise you to always use the same corner. Like bunnies do. I usually used that corner over there, with the desk.

Maybe it would be a good idea for you to take the same corner, so the smell stays there. You could.. well, I can demonstrate. Look I just put up my leg ere or stand like this, actually you can just do whatever you feel like. And then you just let it out like this... hmmm.. ohhhh I needed that.

It's actually a lot of fun to piss here :)

Well anyway, I'd leave the furniture here as it would cost too much to move it by train. I will make us some tea or coffee now and then be right back to talk about the rent, okay?
