I exercise in swishy vintage umbro nylon shorts. I bought them second hand and they are really old. I put them on and tell you how they feel.. we hear the swishy sounds they make.. but these are sports shorts after all, so I get down on my yoga mat and start training my muscles

I am so out of shape, my muscles are weak.. even my bladder muscle, as I loose pee multiple times during my exercise... I don't seem to notice though.

Only at the end I take them off and see the wetness. I wear no show socks during the exercise.. they get fully saturated with pee during my workout.
