Guess what I did? I signed up for a pregnant women gymnastic course. Now I feel bad, because I think I am the only woman out of shape and quickly out of breath. It starts next week, so I try to do some exercises now to make up leeway.

I start exercising and it is sooo hard. I can barely get up with sit-ups. I feel my bladder instantly pushing down when I try to get up, so I change position and try some push ups. That works better, but I only manage 3 or 4. I am so weak, it's ridiculous.

I am sweating like an iron worker already...

I start exercising and it is sooo hard. I can barely get up with sit-ups. I feel my bladder instantly pushing down when I try to get up, so I change position and try some push ups. That works better, but I only manage 3 or 4. I am so weak, it's ridiculous.

I am sweating like an iron worker already and take off my top. Now you see my big pregnant belly with the full bladder inside and my red bra. Besides that, I only wear yellow leggings and sneakers. There also seems to be a little wet patch right at my crotch. I guess some pee squirted out with one of the exercises.

I do some leg gymnastics when I suddenly need to pee and OHH it comes out right away. That's the "curse" of the late-stage pregnancy. If you feel it, it's often too late already. I can't stop my exercise now and I am wet anyways and need to wash everything, so I might as well go on. When I turn around for another exercise you see that I actually have a huge wet stain on my bottom, covering all my ass. You can see my ass through the fabric as well.

I keep up that exercise where I hold up my sneaker soles towards you with my head down on my gymnastic mat. In the last few seconds of holding my leg up, I piss a few strong jets. Now I regret not having paused and gone to the toilet. I did not know that there would be this much pee coming out. In hindsight, I look like a dog with one leg up and hissing away like that.

I do a thigh exercise next. Squatting on my shoes, I open and close my thighs. Again I have to pee! Now it's all in my shoes as well. I stand up for some tip-toe exercise and you hear that my shoes are soaking wet. You also see the wet patches on my knees. They are pretty cute. I do one more exercise and then it's time to stretch. I feel like some of these bbw who can barely move. I am so out of shape.

Next up is stretching. I do some basic long step stretching when pee pours out of me onto the mat. What is going on, the pee streams seem to keep coming. Lots of hissing as my pregnant belly makes room for itself by pushing out my bladder contents. My spandex leggings is pretty wet now for the most part. My shoes feel so wet, so I have a look. Yes, my bare feet and soles are wet as well. These sneakers are going to be so smelly! Sweaty and pissy smells.

I just then realize, what if I piss and wet myself like that next week in the group? I certainly should not wear these leggings that easily show all the stains. I do some breathing and relaxing exercise to help me control my bladder. At least that's what I am saying to myself. My best bet is to wear some black wetlook pants I guess. That idea already makes me feel better. I hope you don't mind my, well, not so little wetting accidents in this exercise video.
