I have so much writing to do, I really need a pause from work. As I turn the pages and try to finish, I realize that I need to do some meditation. I roll back from my desk on my office chair, slide out of my shoes while I suddenly need to sneeze and assume the basic position with my legs spread wide, bare feet together and open palms resting on knees.

Sitting in my pee, I put my feet onto the desk and stretch to both sides, but it seems as if the pee is totally natural to me and I don't give any attention to it.

This feels better. I slide my shoes back onto my feet and continue my work. Time to finish the job!

All done, now I can have a coffee break and tell my colleagues what I have accomplished.
