I need to do something about this swollen belly so I do what I can: I relief my bladder and let all the pee out. A little burp also helps. There was quite some pee in my bladder, so now that it's empty I feel much better.

Still, my belly is big and round. I move my belly muscles in and out from left to right to train my belly. It's usually flat and I am really thin, but now you can clearly see how round and full it is when I move all those belly muscles.
