Dixie's friends in the Dalles have asked that Dixie be disciplined. The real discipline is given in the segment aired before this where Missy gave Dixie a long warm up while Dixie is fully nude, restrained flogging. Missy stops occasionally during the flogging only to spray Dixie with water to increase the intensity of the flogging.
