First Missy takes Dixie over her knee to take care of some real discipline - two issues. Dixie as asked that John and Missy punish her when they catch her doing any kind of self harm (being negative emotionally or physically towards her self). Also, since Dixie has been staying with them, it was agreed she should help with the housework and Dixie did not help out as much as was expected. The next part of this clip features a SEVERE Strapping. Missy is fully restrained on the bed and Dixie gives her a very hard strapping that takes Missy beyond the point of tears.
