Nickole Pope is explaining how her ex-husband was so ashamed of her, that he would not be seen with her in public, for fear of being embarrassed. She is insinuating that it is because of her fat, sloppy 600 pound body, which includes a small bust, a belly that hangs to her knees, and a big fat edema ball hanging from her left leg which looks more like a third thigh.
