I have had an intense cough ever since getting sick. Even though I am starting to get better, the cough still lingers. I decide to give my self a coughing session to 'let it all out.' Laying back in bed, I relax and let the coughing come to me. As I cough, I slowly move into different positions until I am eventually sitting up. I get some epic coughs out, really starting to clear up that chest congestion. At one point I cough so hard, I almost think I'm going to throw up! At the end, I'm a little red in the face, but smiling in relief. That was a good coughing session!
