I am in my bathroom and i really need to get my tea stains of my teeth. So i brush them with some Cif to make them white again. Then i also brush my teeth with toothpaste, i spit the foam out and it drips past my chin. I gargle with water a few times. I also clean my tongue very well with the scraper part of the toothbrush. I show my mouth and throat, and pass with my tongue around all my molars and teeth to feel how clean they are again.
