Dressed in my finest leather chaps and cowgirl boots, this outlaw bart is bound to receive a flagrant malicious beating. I even let him wear chaps for this clip, just to go with the theme. I use my stingy single tail and quirts to great effect to skin his hide. This is just a warm up for what is about to come in the next clip, as I break out my long bull whips to really make him howl.
