I've got my ranch hand boy beneath my boots as I chastise him for his poor performance. He's been slacking off and I know a good remedy for such behavior. A trip across his boss's lap should light a fire under his ass, both literally and figuratively. I spank his ass hard with my red leather gloves, informing his that his ass will soon be the color of my gloves. I take off the gloves and spank him more and then I lock his legs for a good hard paddling. After his beating I kick him off my lap and yell "you're fired!"
