Since this clip was shot on Halloween, Bart wanted to wear his fireman's helmet during his weekly whipping. He looks so silly with his white ass up in the air and that helmet on. It just makes me want to beat him even harder than usual, so that's exactly what I do. Using my stingy cat-of-nine tail whip I give him a long hard whipping.
