It's a beautiful day for a run along the beach and I get all sweaty. My feet are so hot and wet I find a nice bench to sit and remove my running shoes and peel off my bright coloured sport socks. My feet are all sweaty and cramped and it feels so good to have them naked. I roll my ankles, spread and crunch my toes relishing the relief I feel. As I sit relaxing with my feet in front, you see they're calloused and dirty with sweat and sand. I enjoy the great outdoor sounds of birds and waves wile wiggling my toes.
